Classic music at 0436z. SINPO 55444. A little noisy tonight, but still a good copy.

Thinking of XEPPM-OC, does anyone know if the station actually runs 1KW or 10KW? There have been conflicting reports in recent years.

Yeah, I caught that at short-wave.info, but I have seen 10KW mentioned elsewhere. IIRC, SWLing Post once mentioned a 10KW permit but probably operating at 1KW.

Either way, it seems to be decent signal most nights across the gulf for me.
