AFE822x, low pass filter, Crossed Parallel Loop aimed for N/S peak until 0900 UTC when it was rotated for a NW/SE peak. Not sure it mattered much, as the peak is broad and the null is tight. Richmond started coming in at 0919 UTC, but I think that was due to propagation, not loop orientation.
