2200 Time pips, ID, from Ankara, times/frequencies of broadcast by YL
2202 YL with news - Much focus on Taliban take over of Kabul, brief twenty year history of military involvement, flag down at US Embassy
2208 Continuing coverage of Kabul news, some citizens of Turkey cannot be contacted in Kabul.  Russian assistance for Turkey.  Reception now with fades, cave-like sounding
2242 Turkish music
