S7 peaks, some fades, occasionally distorted, occasionally very good.  Maybe testing?

Off as of 0000 UTC but carrier back at 0005 with terrible modulation or interfering signal
Something audible LSB at 0012 but still horrendous.   NBFM heard clearly, then carrier off
and on again.

At 0014 hearing it clearly using NBFM -- but carrier still on and off.  Now WTF Radio Worldwide

0015 UTC I'm having no luck with slope detection on the old NRD-515, but can discern music with the 6 khz filter
0019 UTC Tried the 6 khz filter in AM and off tuning down to 6923.5 khz and it is a bit clearer. Shazam says "White Picket Fence"-PSYKHI
0022 UTC "Cloud 9"-Beach Bunny
0024 UTC OM said something then QRT'd.....couldn't quite make it out
