I use 12160 to adjust radio/antenna when I DX midday because the signal is so reliably strong.  However, no reception now   (1545 utc).  It's not radio, nor antenna, problem here as WRMI is very strong on 15770. 

Maybe atmospheric as RHC cannot be received at this hour, also unusual.

1630 utc RHC back on 15140, still no WWCR.  In checking on the three other WWCR frequencies - 13845 is faint, 9980 & 15825 no reception.

1645 Reception back on all frequencies except 15825.

Hmmmm......maybe special guest radio engineer Pedro was at the helm of controls for a spell  ;D
