S5 1256, IS with siren, OM talking, Brit accent but I can't understand anything but "AM...broadcasting .. everything"
1303 as others said, another loop "...my eyes on all channels can see everything..."
1308 Maybe another loop? Can make out "Shortwave radio...transmissions... frequency"
1315 Into music, electronica  Too much into the noise to ID
1330 Off, or I lost the signal

I suffered though that IS for 20 minutes, please eQSL me! :)

1315 UTC Music now with sound effects
1321 UTC OM again with looped "AM RANKEN BROADCASTING CODE EVERYTHING"
1324 UTC Music again..Shazam is clueless.....

Generally an SIO 444 here on the SDR recording, from 1241 to 1330 UTC.
