Excellent reception from Sofia, Bulgaria - IRRS relay.  Kashmiri & English service, information by way of short-wave.info.  Tuesday only broadcast during this half hour.

1501 OM speaking at length, occasional chants/responses by group of OM's
1507 YL talking before crowd, crowd reacts at points
1509 OM speaks
1511 "Mess Around" Ray Charles
1515 "Everyday" Phil Collins, reception getting noisy with fades
1522 Two OM's talking in English about dictators, humanity, communist party
1529 Off
