There was such a station against health pandemia policies,
on Sunday 26th of Sept., on 7211.5 USB,

but that one was in Italian.

Ray - I heard the Italian station but this sounded like Spanish and had id at start of the recording. Could be a similar type of political group for they did mention protests for tomorrow.
