News talk. SINPO 35433 via the 31' vertical. Some fading, but a decent nighttime copy for my locale given the broadcast is supposedly a 100KW transmission targeting interior China.

I might as well add 17565, 17580, 17605, and 17890 to the logging. Seems I have decent 16m conditions into eastern Asia tonight.

17595 khz @ 23:03 utc in Mandarin via Shijiazhuang targeting China.   A little weak with noise on the 990X with outside reel wire but very minimal QSB.  YL hosting, all talk, no music.
