Station with either Spanish or Portuguese talk at 2150 UTC....could this
be one of the LATAM pirates?   Heard via Westminster

2159 UTC OM speaking in Spanish? ...solid above the noise. Interesting....Sound of Hope is scheduled here for Mandarin. The signal has a bit of polar flutter to it.
2206 UTC YL speaking now in Spanish?
2209 UTC Brief music bridge, then OM speaking, followed by a different OM
2212 UTC Signal dropped down a bit into the noise.
2245 UTC Signal has been steady over the last half hour
2253 UTC Signal dropped into the noise again.
2254 UTC Music bridge, then OM speaking
2256 UTC "Shake A Leg"-Adam Saunders & Mark Cousins
2300 UTC Signal too low in the noise to copy.
2330 UTC Signal is banging in here now at S9....not Spanish....I believe this is the relay of the "Afghanistan International TV" station.
