00:49 UTC  on 1090 am (indecipherable) ID with "The Voice of Southern Gospel" ,  Christian music to 00:53 ,then  commercial block with heavy static, more music at 00:57.   then solid ID "KAAY, LITTLE ROCK 1090 " @ 01:00 very clear.
Signal strengthened considerably @ 00:59.
