UNID Chatter 6930u: Military Exercise?
« on: November 18, 2012, 0136 UTC »
At 01:32z, while searching the pirate band, hearing multiple party chatter in English, weak here, unable to pick up more than some scattered words.  Any ideas?

At 01:55, hearing some party reciting multi numeric sequence: 055-855-148.  Also "sector one."  About the most  I can make out :'(

At 02:13 I could have sworn I heard a siren, and later a dog barking in the periphery during some of these comms.   ??? ???

Silent since about 02:20z
