0125 UTC  @ 7325 KHZ  via Galbeni  in English. OM with British accent hosting a program on Romanian culture with some added contributions from a YL.

SINPO: 3-4-2-3-3

with some QRN on the back side of an exiting nasty weather front.
Much improved signal by 01:53  @ 5990 khz with Romanian songs, Male vocals.
