1744 duo talking (at least partly in E, the other part impossible to get)

1753 UTC Yl talking then more music by OM id not in English"  (signal mixed in with extreme noise)

Seems to be a relay of an Israeli FM station. This have been observed also last year around that time on 4000 USB.
But looks like it´s not ECO 99FM like last year (at least not // to their webstream).

1928 4000 USB S8 Kiwi Quwait M I heard Olympia Broadcast
- they don't say Judish, it looks like it's derived from Greek relay BCS, that's the nature of the music as well
2050 on my QTH S9+15 but still works in this channel "slot machine"
