I understand that many welcome this development.  However I, speaking as a radio pirate, see it only as a further obstacle to accessing the FM band.  One only has to look back about ten years to see how the last LPFM "development" was hijacked by the moneyed groups.  Never trust the Feds to do anything other than suck up to the cash holders.  I believe Prometheus' adherents are well-intentioned, but mebbe they're just paving the road...

Seriously? Wow!

A few local polls found a "20 under 20" rule N. of 49.... only 20% of people under 20 listen to radio. The rest is iPod or smartphone streams off the net.
