After 26 years Rock-it Radio returns to SW
« on: December 16, 2021, 0939 UTC »
Our Rock-it Radio began in 1995 on Shortwave and WRMI in Miami.  After several years and other affiliates and our own FM station and pioneer station in internet Radio.  We ceased operation in 2020.
But we are doing a Holiday Broadcast Special.  Via WRMI and the folks at Texas Radio Shortwave.  Below is the holiday schedule of Rock-it Radio.

18 December  at  5 p.m. to 6 p.m. U.S. Pacific time.  On 5.950 Mhz.
(Thats 19 December at 0100 GMT for our overseas listeners.)

And:  25 December at 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time via WRMI on 5.950 Mhz. Shortwave.

Texas Radio Shortwave has designed a special eQSL and reception reports should be sent to:  texasradiosw@gmail.com

Wow, what a comeback! I listenend to ROCK-IT Radio for the first time in 1996 via IRRS (Italy) and then via KIWI (New Zealand), in 1997 via WREC (USA) and finally in 2001 via the Northern Music Radio from Scandinavia. I still have all those nice printed QSL-cards, letters, info-sheets and other stuff in my collection! Welcome back, Bennie Dingo!
