Valley Wave Radio from the UK. DJ said this is the return of Valley Wave International. I remember listening to a station called Valley Wave in early 2000s from the UK so could be the same. Fair signal

It was indeed Valley Wave Radio, 100% ID. The OP said, he is back on shortwave after 16 years!

He e.g. played a lot of Level 42 songs, but no address or phone number was given out.

I made some nice recordings so if the OP should be interested in them, let me know
and I will post a correct reception report together with my recordings. All is well prepared!
The reception was weak at first in NW Germany, but then the signals improved to be acceptable.

As the station finished the todays programme with Radio Prague IS and IDs by a male announcer
it's no doubt from that transmitter also, what we all heard during the preceding days as UNID on that frequency.
