WKYI 1600 Eminence KY is once again spewing out FMing spurs circa 1738 kHz at 0005 UTC 27 JAN 2022.  They have been doing this off and on for months now. Maybe longer. Full quieting at times with Steve Miller "Jet Airliner".

Yes, confirmed it matches their online stream.
