11590 khz @ 1828 UTC . 2 distinct signals.  Steady assortment of Chinese music with a separate YL vocal underneath, also in Chinese .   My guess is that the underneath signal could be Radio Free Asia out of Tinian Island but almost impossible to confirm.

That's a good guess. Anytime that I can hear two distinct signals, the one underneath is transmitting from the Pacific somewhere.
