2312 YL "Jim, would you get a towel for me."  Sounds like a group of folks (voice actors, director) working behind the scenes making a radio play which also includes cat sounds.
2320 Mention of "Dead Frog Radio" on WBCQ, a number of voice actors have Boston accents.
