2123 - 6607 is listed as 4XZ, an IDF (Israeli Defense Force) CW channel. CW Get is having trouble sorting it out due to QRN, but it's clearly five character groups.

Spy-Numbers or Utility?

Agreed. I suppose someone will move it eventually.

Hi all.

I believe this is best classified as a utility station.

Totally agree. Although 4XZ has an ENIGMA-designator it is far from being a classical numbers station. In fact it is pure utility as 4XZ is the Israeli Navy in Haifa. Yes, they send encrypted messages but the same do the USNy, the Royal Navy or the French Navy - in other modulations than CW...
 ;)

Kind regards.
