i only understood ` priyom ` at the end of message , that`s  why i think it could be russian mil . com . , they are pretty active  now on HF !

           This is an amazing record directly from the front zone RU vs UA war.
They speak Russian without a foreign accent, so they are not Ukrainians.
The command post talks to nearby units asking for reports received from observers over the telephone lines.
It's strange that they use such a high frequency, but they are definitely in the direct wave zone.
As soon as I listen to it, I will write a phonetic record of the recording:
