Hickam Afb Hawaii heard on the triple one 75 with a test count. Week but readable into NE Wisconsin. 02:20 utc. Also fair signal Lajes Field Portugal on the 11175  test count at 0:211 utc. And now Hickam again.

It is being reported globally that there has been a considerable increase in HFGCS "test count" traffic over the past hour.

Expect increased HFGCS traffic.
