9800 KHZ @ 14:44 UTC in Korean via Tinang in the Phillipines @ S9+20 ?! on the FRG 7700 with the Alpha Delta full sloper.   Never had a Tinang signal that strong before.  Both EIBI and other sites confirm the source transmitter.
