Does anyone know what this broadcast is about.  Currently 11.175 MHz USB at 0508 UTC 3/6/22.  They announce "This is Granville, Standby" then they read off letters using the phonetic alphabet.  Also "This is Granville, more to follow."  First it was an older male voice, now it is a younger female voice.

Gone now "This is Granville, out" at about 0510 UTC.  The announcers had American accents.

I guess this is the USAF High Frequency Global Communications System.   Perhaps some sort of emergency action message (EAM).  Perhaps from Granville, OH?

Correct on the HFGCS and FDM/EAM but the call sign is just the daily NCS call sign and will change every 24 hours at 00:00 ZULU. It has no relashionship to any location.

I have a running log located here that I started at the onset of the Ukranian conflict.
