Strong signal tonite on 5910 khz @ 01:03 UTC  with music until 01:05 (ID)  when YL hosted a monologue until  01:09. .  Then nothing but loud static  for about a minute @ 01:10. Broadcast resumed @ 01:11 with 2 OM dialogue in Romanian.
