13:59  UTC Spinning the dial and ran across Reach Beyond Australia just in time to hear the announcer "Thank you for joining us at Reach Beyond Australia on 11945 kilohertz in the 25 meter band"  immediately before QRT  @ 14:00.  Bad timing as the signal appeared very clear but not enough time for a valid assessment.  Will try again tomorrow - English window is only 15 minutes from 13:45 to 14;00

Great catch. I actually was able to get 'Radio New Zealand' RNZ early one morning a couple of weeks back. I'm at work and don't remember the details off hand. I remember confirming it though.
