15400 KHZ @ 16:22 UTC. (Apologies for the late posting - WIFI in the Southern Wisconsin farmlands can be quite erratic). Broadcasting in Oromo to East Africa via Galbeni with narrative dialogue and a QRT 1 minute early @ 14:28.
