Heard this ID being mentioned repeatedly while half asleep , female DJ playing rock ( pretty good selections) .
There was some static making it somewhat difficult, but it seemed to be a syndicated program and the DJ indicated
208 was carrying the signal among others.  I noticed this just moving over from KBC. 
It was a good signal apparently, being received on a telescopic only indoors.
Maybe someone can help verify.  Not 100 % sure , it is listed as being on 5970 in Shortwave info, but not at the power level it would seem.
