The subject line was :
Mystery 21 4865 kHz waterfall display & jamming 1845 hrs UTC 05 Apr 2022

Waterfall display showing "M21". Jammer at it as well. There was also SSTV earlier on, maybe 1720 hrs UTC when I went out for a walk in the park & some outdoor DXing.

on 4865
carrier and waterfall on Twente SDR,
waterfall image as 'M21' on both sidebands,
noise jammer trying to destroy the image by switching quickly between LSB ans USB,
the switching is very variable

1902 now the jammer is only on the LSB
The image  looks like : M21M21, then a face
