around 0745 usual signal I think from Latino America, so I did not listen more
0831 fading out, just a trace now
Trying harder, but no more audio.
So the only clue is the propagation, fading out. If it was from NL, the fade out be not so early and not so deep. Edit : so not R. Piepzender

0855 tried via Weston SDR, got some music, played with the filters, but there too the audio has vanished.
Then, still a carrier here, but can't get audio.
dave, your details are not of the Latin America kind.
So, I have an other idea : could be a micropower by Radio 319.

edit : Dave got that station again on 8th of April, with ID as XEPPM,
Radio Educacion, Mexico City.
(XEPPM is listed in WRTH as Senal Cultura Mexico, with 5 kW).
