Huge signal S7+ at Brasilia SDR
Signal maintaining through 0040 UTC at Vermont
At Brasilia is like a local (obviously)

on 10230.0 approx, carrier moving around (typical)
2257 hard to hear, some music, 2300 with much fading, noise(local?), trace of SSB voice
