I sent a reception report for the April 11 broadcast and received the eQSL and a photo (will not include here) which had the caption "Maria at old FM studio".  Flexo - This might be the Charo like person you described in your FM post.  The email below was also included:

"Hello Mr Bonanno,

We are glad you could listen and thanks for your report!

Hopefully we will be more active on the shortwaves now.

On FM we have been doing some very short test broadcasts
but continue to have problems with our FM equipment.

From Maria and the gang at TB"
