Thanks for the ID. This can be moved to Shortwave broadcast. When the audio is poor it can be hard to distinguish VOH from pirates because it uses frequencies used by pirates and changes schedules and frequencies so often it seems no one has an up to date schedule for it.

3985 // 4890 // 5995 // 6255 // 6350 // 9105 kHz., at 0900 UT, with the news in Korean.

Frequencies should be good through April 17 (Sunday).
