This sounds like FRS Holland, they were heard at 1657 hrs UTC on 5790 AM with their usual presenter with Dutch accent talking in English. He gave handover to the German service which is on now.

Just been checking the FRS website, says it has a transmission for today....

"Easter Monday  April 18th

16:00- 20:30 UTC/ 18:00- 22:30 CET"

I suppose the one for 1800 hrs is the 7700 AM service.
