BBC 15740 AM 1320 utc 27 Apr 2022 - Delayed/Shortened broadcast?

1320 - Went to get news update/check on transmission of 1300 utc 15740 AM BBC Ukraine News Special broadcast and nothing received.  Always very strong here.  Will try in breaks from cutting lawn.
1353 Still nothing, might get one more chance to monitor before off at 1500 utc.
1437 Strong signal - 2 OM's talking about corruption case in Myanmar (Lawn is done 8))
1443 YL interviews actress portraying Michelle Obama in new TV Drama
1459 ID, upcoming programming, then off. Shortened broadcast day, I guess

Hmmmmm......not received here at 1300 utc again today (28 Apr 2022).  Will keep monitoring, BBC Frequency schedule still indicates 1300-1500 utc broadcast Monday through Friday.

1322 Nothing
1350 Loud humming like carrier being received
1400 Fair reception of broadcast just received mid-sentence shortly after 1400 utc, perhaps conclusion of sports report
1401 YL begins news bulletin
1406 Report of nationwide strike in Sri Lanka
1409 Reception now excellent, story on diplomatic efforts in Russia/Ukraine War
1450 "This is James Hernandez....."
1459 YL recorded message "This is the BBC World Service."  Upcoming programming and OFF.
Must be change in broadcast time, down to an hour.

1302 Nothing again today at 1300 but almost sounds like a carrier present.  Frequency guide for BBC still indicates 1300 utc start, will be monitoring as I putter about the house.
1328 Nothing
1400 On mid-sentence with upcoming program, good reception.  Time pips came several seconds (20-25?) after top of the hour according to my iPhone.  This matches end of 1300 utc still running right at 1400 utc.
1459 Off
