Tuned in at 0134utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with poor S7 to S9 signal, hear music under the noise, tried 2 other sdr's with worse results.

Mostly below the noise level prior to 9PMCST here in Mosinee, Wisconsin but audible with ID after 9PM SDR+airspy with dipole
