Was not sure exactly where to log this reception.  Via sdr in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales http://gw0kig.ddns.net:8073, English service.  Winner of match qualifies for this World Cup in Qatar and gets the USA for an opening match on the initial day of competition (November 21).  Match played in Cardiff, Wales.
