I heard this as well, but it is not a shortwave station. It had me confused at first. Check 1350 kHz and you will find the same thing. It seems that the station on 1350 is overloading the receiver causing what you are hearing to appear. It also appears on 4049.42 kHz.

1624 UTC-OFF
