Sounds like jazz music heard just above the background noise here in Nebraska. S2 on my radio.

Female voice announced station as Mix Radio International.

04:14 now coming in a S4 and getting clearer. Wideband USB.
04:20 song "I keep holding on"
04:24 "Thank you for listening to Mix Radio International"
