I happened to record 4020-4120 kHz last night, so I checked for Windy. Sure enough, there it was, starting around 0930z or so, 22 July 2017. Gone by about 1000z.

Pretty amazing catch!

4102.705 KHz  Windy. About 15 dB over the noise with slight fades. Barely any wind. Temp 90 deg. Battery 12.9 volts

4102.720 KHz  Windy. Good signal with some fades. Slight breeze. Temp 109 Battery 12.8 volts

Maybe hot and cloudy there because the battery is not up in the 13 volt range yet
