Radial Organization El Prado is a non-profit in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. It promotes social and educational development through educational programs, recreational and cultural activities, and infrastructure projects.

The organization works with the community to improve health, employment, entrepreneurship, education, and recreation. Radial El Prado works with local and national organizations to promote sustainable economic and social development.

Shortwave radio was developed by Latin American pirates. These individuals have often defied local restrictions by starting their own stations and programming.
Many hobbyists seek out these stations and tune in often to hear their unique programming.
Some of these stations still broadcast Latin American music and culture.

The nonprofit Community Radio Network (CRN) provides free radio programming to impoverished communities.

It gives underserved populations airwaves and broadcasting tools to create, distribute, and enjoy radio programming.
