Hearing occasional military-sounding voice transmissions since 2300 on 10/22/16. Last transmission heard around 2347z.
EDIT 0106z - Token reports it's possibly from Fort Irwin California and not a MARS net.

2323 Mellow rock music audible. SIO 222/333 with fades.
2331 signal has weakened, only getting occasional peak above the noise floor now. Dealing with QRM which I think is atmospheric and static which I think is locally sourced.

It's the only thing listed on some (not all) of the available online SW schedules for this time, but I couldn't get a positive ID when an announcer came on at 1101z thanks to signal degradation. Still listening at the moment but it's getting steadily weaker. (Edit: suddenly off in mid-song at 1116z.)

Spy Numbers / V24 new schedule?

South Korean numbers station observer Moomin posted two videos of V24 recorded today 13 Oct. 2016. The reported times and frequencies don't match the schedule that had been in use for the 13th of the month in use since March of this year.

Utility / VMC Charleville QL, 6507 USB, 10/11/16, 1150 UTC

Hearing marine weather in OM voice with English accent. Faint copy which makes it hard to understand location names given. Pip heard at 1155. Per Eibi, this frequency is either VFF Iqaluit Radio from Canada or VMC Charleville QL from Australia. The latter is supposed to be on at this time and the accent would be more suited to an Australian broadcast, so I'm going with that. No station ID heard through 1201.
Heard "New South Wales" clearly at 1205.
