Signal weak but readable. S7 to S9 (S7 noise floor) on inverted L.
keeps repeating same J F Kennedy speech
9025 is the ALE frequency for the High Frequency Global Communications System.

This exact thing is happening again today.  On and off again just like before.  JFK inauguration speech.  Logged here from 17:20 to 18:42 3/29/23 until I got tired of it all.  Average signal of -89dBm.

I did have a lock and some audio come thru shortly after I grabbed this screen capture.

On air about 01:53 S6 with some fading.

02:14 signal has come up to S7 with excellent audio as usual.

03:00 on air after the usual pre-show warm up.
Opened with B52's "Channel Z"
Strong S9 signal.
Said this was an "offical show".

03:07  Conditions here went down or something as the signal is all but gone.
