Was sitting on 6950 when at 0016utc I heard "testing 1 2 3 can anybody hear me", fair sig with low noise, then swing tune from 40's or 50's. SSTV/FAX at 0132utc.

Tuned in at 2302utc, very weak, low atmospheric and computer noise but moderate AC powerline buzz, heard a bit of music, seems to have disappeared about 2304 or 2305utc.
