1947 UTC S7 carrier low modulation. 
1955 UTC Modulation still too low to copy anything
2200 UTC Talking in distorted voice at very low level cant copy anything...

2148 UTC Now 6969 freq. Weird no clue what mode this is in not FM either

If I'm not mistaken 6969 is commonly used by Cold Country Canada in LSB mode

K3FEF is having a rough time with my signal this evening, one of the SDRs I usually monitor.  Typical processing that I usually use.  QSB is extremely rapid into there.  Some of the noise might be the noisy content.  Industrial dance music often sounds like QRM.

6925 and 6955 did sign off
Edit: 6955 moved to 6950 USB with massive splatter on to Sternradio

Listening on the K3FEF KiwiSDR. Sounds like too much processing, audio is terrible. Some audio coming in direct.

It's definitely distorted on my XHDATA D109 here
