          About level with noise. Maybe slightly above.
0019 - Deep fades, dropping out completely. I think I'm getting 6955 LSB QRM as well.
0028 - Signal improved, SIO 333, mx/song. In EE? Not sure.
           Slavic sounding. Russian?!
0032 - German?! Very anthemy.
0033- IS repeating. Sounds like one from the other night. Radio Berlin? DDR?

0230 - S5, IS repeating. Those old, music box-like interval signals, hovering in the noise, were/are always a bit spooky to me.
0233 - Anthem-like mx, SIO 333
0235 - Gettin' zapped by whatever that monster is just a bit higher. OTHR or whatever.
0238 - IS again. Damn, I love these old ones.
0241 - No copy. I guess s/off with the IS as well...?

SDR - Software Defined Radio / Re: SDRuno Cloud Marker plugin

Okay, now I'm loading the plugin, but the interface/control isn't showing up. It shows as just a blank, white, box on the task bar, but it won't maximize. Some markers are showing in the spectrum display, but I can't control them. 

Computers is fun.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch: It's something I'm doing wrong, I'm sure. Not closing them down right ot something. I figured "Unload All Plugins" covered it. Maybe not.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, again: This plugin is a pain in the arse. And I just remembered that you can have DX Toolbox annotate, so, think I'm done with Cloudy Markers.
