Received via IQ Recording from SDRconnect, SDRPlay RSP1A & a modified MLA30+ loop antenna in Carrollton, MO.

Likely Captain Morgan Shortwave which was broadcasting on 6950.73khz at that time.

Signal is about S5-6 on my SDRPlay RSP1A & MLA-30 loop antenna in Carrollton, MO.
Sounds like some guy talking followed by some kind of music\chanting that keeps repeating.

I heard them as well, in Carrollton, MO, around 1035 UTC off air & back on at 10:40 UTC. Signal is about S7-8.

I couldn't hear the pirate station in Carrollton, MO, but I could hear the digital signal just above the noise floor.

I heard them just briefly, on my SDR just briefly in Carrollton, MO. The signal was pretty decent here.
