Thanks to you I have used priyom and already found multiple number stations that are very easy to find, as well as it schedule. I am very grateful for your suggestion and clarification. But one thing what do those numbers mean or the morse code?

Hi,
Sorry if this is a dumb question but i just became a radio fan this week so i don't know much. But the frequency you guys are talking about is encrypted right because all i hear is weird static noise.
And i am using a free website for this http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/m.html
Tell me what you think about it or if you have any suggestions for a better one.
