Peskies aka fishermen most likely. Have a look into Echo Charley. It's essentially an old 11m style CB centred around their 6700KHz LSB call channel. Was popular in the UK and Euros, and came from the late 50's and early 60s where there was a plethora of old WWII surplus radio equipment, such as 19 sets, before 11m became a thing. Not much English voice traffic, but some Spanish, and French turns up. They also have some space they use below the 80m band. Again, Lower Side Band. Protocol is somewhere between CB and Ham. Traffic has dropped since the sun spot cycle has picked up and 11m is far more active now

The South Korean maritime CW service has shut down as of December 2023
